Can anyone advice me on mixing swimming with lifting?


I want to know the best way to complement these two workouts. I usually do 2 upper body lifting sessions each week (1 day push, 1 day pull). Should I leave one day of rest in between swimming and lifting? I have heard that swimming will speed recovery and I have also heard that it will tear down muscle as well? Help!

you don't need to rest in between
but, once or twice a week, take a day of rest where you don't do either

Music mixing help and advice please?


I want to mix some songs together for a dance routine, a bit like they do on Britain's got talent with diversity and all the other dance groups but i am unsure how to. Is there a free program that will let me do it or a website? I don't want to pay for it though. I don't have DJ decks either. Any websites or software that I can download would be helpful that won't give me viruses!!! thanks :)

you can try "fruity loops 7" or "Reason 4.0", you can download via torrent, or visit www.btjunkie.org then search it there. But first download and install utorrent from www.utorrent.com... Tricks and tips are available over the net about the softwares that I've mentioned...
