Amazing Star Sky
Did anyone happen to see!!!!!!!!!!!!?
...that amazing shooting star tonight? It was more than that, it was a HUGE green one, almost going in slow motion and then it split into four in a straight line in the direction it was going. It was amazing. I was playing volleyball with friends in park. There weren't any other stars in the sky either. I saw it at about 9:15 tonight and I'm in the central time zone; the upper midwest. Did anyone else see it!!!!? I thought it was an awesome once-in-a-life-timething, I think.

I didn't see it..but years ago I was driving home one night..and I did get to see one...I couldn't believe how big it was..and all the colors trailing after it was awesome ...I watched it for a good while than hurried home to see if anyone else had seen it...I thought for sure it would be on the news because of how big it looked and how long it could be seen....there was no mention of it on the news that night..nor, the next day....nothing..and everyone I talked to the next day hadn't seen anything..it was like it never happened..........it was the only one I have ever seen..and I am not so young anymore...so ,It maybe a once in a lifetime deal unless you are an avid sky watcher....it seemed pretty special to me...I'm glad you got to see one.. : )
If you ever get a chance to see the northern lights...they are really cool....I have got to see them twice... the last time was on a Halloween ...all the kids were out trick or treating and they didn't know what they were seeing but everyone was out walking around looking up at the sky.....(where I live you don't get to see them very often)
