Black Light Neon
Why does my black neon tetra lose its black stripe over night and regain it after the light's turned on?
I have two black neons, but it only happens to one. It's also less active than the other, but it eats and seems healthy otherwise. My tank is a 10-gallon with 10 small fish.
Most smaller fish lose color at night. It's a defensive thing that makes them harder for night time hunters to see them while they rest. It's more pronounced in some fish than others and some recover their color faster than others.

Diamond FX Face Painting Neon Black Light Glow Design
Witch neon colors should i use for splatter painting my room?i want the colors to glow under a black light.?
The background colors are going to be black and white. I'm 13 and want to do this the right way and don't know witch colors to use or witch types of paints will glow under black lights!
Um.... I dont really know what you mean by black light....
but the main colours should be neon pink and neon green/yellow
if you want you could use a sort of royal blue aswel but focus mainly on the green and pink.

i would suggest a bit subdued white light..or like what i have, pinkish light..it not just shows the blue but also the red of the tetra..the dark background would be a yes..but im not so sure with the black light and lunar light..you wouldn't see much of the tank..but if your only goal is to show the tetras then maybe..
a suggestion i have would be to buy green neon tetras instead of the normal neons if all you want is that "neon" streak..since green tetras' streaks are very pronounced..
