Blue Superflux Leds

Do you think my eyes are damaged becasue of these certain LEDs?
I have been interested in electronic circuitry and LEDs. So I have constructed a few LED circuits which have helped me learn a lot. Its fun and very simple.
LEDs are safe (as I know of), so I felt there was no harm in dealing with them (as opposed to lasers). But after researching deeper about LEDs I have found out that Blue LEDs are hazurdous to the eye.
I have been using blue superflux high intensity LEDs and I am somewhat worried about my eyes. I havent purposely starred into these LEDs but I have several times (about 10 or so) accidentally have.
To get to the bottom line, my question is do you think my eyes are damaged at all?
Most likely, its temporary. Computers, hand-held music/gaming screens, and LED/LCD's in general cause temp damage to the eyes. They can also cause headaches.
Take a break from circuitry for a few days to a week, and if your eyes give you any trouble you haven't noticed before, see your doctor.
