i am doing a 60's party and the lights in the ceiling are recess lights, i was going to use color light bulbs but they are expensive, i was going to use gels for stage lighting and they are also costly, i need about 50. I am looking for an idea to put over the frame of the lights to give the same effect for cheap. any ideas?
You could use colored plastic wrap or tissue paper....put the paper/plastic over the lights....good luck!!!! :]
