Cable Church
Horizontal lines traveling up my church he's projector?
It used to work fine then we got a new build we are using the same VGA cable to connect to the ppt pc what might the problem be??? Lights?? Unstable power? Please help.
Its a electrical issue, a 60 cycle ground loop, it is getting a continous rolling line from a bad device connected somewhere, most likely cause is a improperly grounded cable or satelite system,

my church, does this seem odd?
recently i have found a new church.
they dont believe in tv's (cable tv) ,
said harry potter is from the devil as well as rock music, and anything without God
all the women wear long skirts,
the men wear suits and button up shirts,
they use the old song books and piano only,
they suggest that i go to church on sunday morning for sunday school 10 am to 11-
church service at 11-12 or 12:30 (sunday)
church on sunday at 5 pm
church on wednesday at 7 pm
church on friday at 7-9:30 pm
and since im pregnant parenting classes every other tuesday 10-12 am/pm
also wanting to do a bible study with me?

I think this is a good Church to attend. However, please note that it is not the Church that dictates your life, but God.
Let the Holy Spirit lead you.
It is not a sin if you do not visit every service, nor is it a sin to dress modestly and not in long skirts. Enjoy their song books and piano music but you are at liberty to listen to other forms of Christian music.
I do agree with them on Harry potter and rock music (even Christian rock music) since they do have witchcraft and demonic influences that Christians should avoid. However, I see nothing wrong with having cable TV unless you cannot control yourself from watching movies with curse-words, fornication/adultery etc... But then, there's Christian TV on cable.
Be careful that you do not end up pleasing the Church and not God. Also be careful that you do not end up "married to the Church" and your family life and marriage responsibilities are jeopardized because of excessive Church attendance. Remember you are in a relationship with God . . . not the Church.
Spend time with God, in devotion, worship, personal bible studies and prayer . . . after that make time for Church.
