Change Blue Cold
Change Blue Cold
Hands change color ?

They change color when I'm cold (blue lines or purple)
They change color randomly in the middle of the day
(blue lines or purple)
They change color when I keep them still for a while
(blue lines or purple)
They change color sometimez when I am hot (pink or red lines)
What do u think is the cause ?

Poor circulation can cause hands, feet, the extremities, to turn blue, purple, or white. That can be caused by the cold, or by very little blood flow (when you use your hands, there's more blood flow; when you keep them still, blood flow decreases, especially with poor circulation). When you're overheated, flushing is common (that would be the pink/redness).

Is something wrong with my hands?

Is there something wrong with my hands?Everytime I get cold my hands start to change in to a blue/reddish color. Is that normal?

During an attack of Raynaud's Phenomenon, the small blood vessels (capillaries) that supply blood to the skin narrow (constrict), limiting blood flow to the hands and feet or, less commonly, the nose or ears. This often causes fingers or toes to feel cold and numb and then turn white. As blood flow returns and the fingers warm, they may turn blue, then red, and begin to throb and become painful.
