Can you buy colored contacts at Walmart?
I'm having a halloween party coming up, and Im wondering if I could buy "freaky" colored contact lenses at Walmart. Can I?
Answers I dont want: "I dont know" "Why dont you find out/know"

Not all Walmarts have an optical dept.to begin with, and if there is no optical department, then you won't find any contact lenses there.
Second...it's a lot more complicated than you think. You would need an eye examination before anyone can sell you contacts.
You see, contacts are not toys, and the sale of them is quite strictly controlled by law.
