ive saved some money and im having my teeth whitend by my dentist on friday.
He is using the laser treatment?,combined with custom made mouth trays which i have to use overnight.
To be honest,i m quite excited,ive gone years with discoloured teeth,.I m saving some money every month to pay for top ups.
Question is,,,what can i do to maintain the whiteness,and how long does the effect last,?,,thanks for your help
Another vote for Crest Whitestrips here, premium or premium plus, both do a fab job at making your teeth white and it lasts a while. they can be bought off ebay.

Cheap acne treatment in asia or india?
I've got an appointment too see a specialist in the dermatological field in Manchester, England, next month. It has cost me £100, just for the consultation. Before this i had a free consultation with a nurse, who suggested a treatment called Pixel Laser for the acne, & acne scarring on my face at a cost of £1,200 for 3 treatments.
It's not just my face that is effected by acne, & it's scarring, but my chest, & back too. So i'm guessing if i wanted these area's treating as well, i'm looking at quiet a considerable bill.
So i was wondering if anyone knew of any respectable/cheap clinic's in asia, or india? Where i could maybe get my acne treated for alot lest? I was thinking perhaps i could combine getting health skin, with exploring some of the world?
Any help/advice u can offer me, would be much appreciated. Thanks : )
Have you looked at Roaccutane? It won't help with the scars I'm afraid, but it will certainly clear your acne if it's still flaring up.
Did you know you can have acne treatment on the NHS?
Searching out treatment in asia/india would be... pretty risky, in my opinion. The cheaper, the riskier - I would say with something like this surely it's better to pay a bit more (if you prefer to be seen privately) and have the job done properly... ? Just food for thought.
