I'm using LEMON JUICE.....not lemons. And I think Splenda is great if you're on a diet.
one cup of lemon juice- splenda to taste but start small- like 1/4 cup or less.
powdered frutose is also great when you're on a diet, has a more natural sweetness, and you can use less. btw
