Lamp Sun Lights

When I look directly at the sun I see like bright little dots spinning around. Is that normal?
Is that normal or am I the only one???
And sometimes is not only the sun, sometimes is like real lightful stuff like the lights in house, lamp, ect...
Anybody??? Cause sometimes this shit freaks me out
Till I told a couple of my friend and one of them told me that he too had that
Anybody else knows about this?????
I ment at the sky not the sun SORRY
yes, that's normal when you damage the back of your retinas.

Pacific Sun - Modular LED Lamp
Can full spectrum light from the sun pass through a window?
Can plants photosynthesize from sunlight that passes through a window? Can plants photosynthesize from light from a normal lamp?
No. The short wave ultraviolet is blocked by glass (I'm assuming the window is not open). For the second & third parts of your question, Yes, and No. The wavelengths needed for photosynthesis do pass through glass; and wavelengths necessary for photosynthesis are absent from normal artificial light.

Newton describes the laws of motion. Doesn't mean I'd be willing to sacrifice my first born child to him. Discovering the laws of nature does not make one a god.
