Laser Star Moon

What Mw and color laser pointer should I get?
I want a laser pointer but I don't know which to get. I want a bright laser so I can look at the stars and moon but I don't want to accidentally blind someone. The green seems better but red seems like you won't be as likely to blind someone. I was thinking of getting a 20 mw green laser since my friend has a 50 mw green laser and it seems really good.
why do you need a laser to look at stars and moon? Certainly the laser won't reach those objects.
M = mega, millions

Space shield to protect Indian satellites & defense from Space to protect India?
US and USSR (that time) had about to begin the bull fight & US was almost ready with the "star war program". Ronald Regan & Garbachov had tactfully handled the matter & salvaged the situation.
China has destroyed its own satellite by missile. The Skeleton kept in the cupboard has come out once again. US has just had the test of Laser Beam, fired from the ground, which is aimed to destroy any satallite in any orbit.
It is not mandatory to explore the moon which has already been explored several times. Isro should help in defense. Our leaders should motivate Isro to apply space techniques for War. If we don't develop it, we are not safe with the range of missiles we have.
I believe, Dr. Kalam has understood the requirement after Chinese test. Dr. Kalam can assign a "secret development project" to Isro. India should never trust Chinese Dragon.
With 1.1 BILLION mouth's to feed, 18 million of them under the poverty level, and sharks standing on our borders to infiltrate the country and create terrorism and divisions, you are talking about "star-wars" projects ? Who shall fund that by the way...world bank ?
Wake up and try to differentiate between priorities and science-fiction !

8. Lunar eclipse: moon is in earth's shadow
Solar eclipse: view of the sun from inside the moon's shadow
9. New Moon = no moon visible
last quarter: 1/2 moon's area visible before new moon
waning crescent: last sliver of moon visible before new moon
first quarter: 1/2 moon's area visible after new moon
My best guesses.
