Led Blue can I make my blue led lights turn on and off with the car?

if I buy these is there a way to have them turn on when I start my car and have them turn off when I turn my car off or do they just stay on all the time or what? and if so how can I?
they turn on and off with the car, but you wont like those, i used to have them and hated them.. their not good... at all
