Led Globe Color
Led pictures / electric art / pictures in frames with coloured globes!?
I want to know how to rig up a 'LED art pic' in a frame. It's where you get a really cool image and place little led globes here and there where there would be a light etc in the pic.
Just want to know whats envolved, basic wiring, power supply etc and where to position all this at the back. Info on switches and also do leds go through pic or stay behind. If so do you have to darken all bits on the back of pic where you don't want light?
Appreciate any feed back on 'led art' and electric pictures.

Colorful and Creative Ways to Solar Landscape Lights
Here is the 21st century we have new technologies springing forth almost on a daily basis and this holds true in the world of landscape lighting. The great thing is that if you have some good imagination and a few hours to kill you can add some creativity and color to your garden with minimal effort. Here are some new items to consider for your next landscape lighting project:
Solar Stepping Stones
Yep, these are stones with LED lighting already built in. They are powered by a solar rechargeable Siemens™ silicone solar cell Ni-Cad battery that can hold a charge for up to 8 hours at a time. A light sensor turns on it on at dusk and off in the morning. The stepping stone is 12" square by 2" thick, made of fiberglass so it is durable and also very decorative.
Solar Color-Changing Gazing Ball
This is a throw back to the gazing ball that many folks had in their front yards back in the 50s and 60s except this ball is solar powered and offers 6 different colors. It also features a "cracked glass" globe that is lit by a LED bulb and powered by three built in Ni-Cad batteries that are charged by a solar panel and can run for up to eight hours at a time.
Solar eClips Light String
These solar powered lights are a new product on the market that offer a different look and feel for solar landscape lighting.
