the raindrops continue to fall
they hit my body.. fast, hard
eight digits dialed
one simple call
the lightning strikes
my weak hands began to tremble
i hear your voice on the other end
i gently lose grip
the beads fall to the ground
one by one
i hear them shatter at my feet
another lost love
never found.
------
dancing in the rain
watching the drops fall to the ground
i lose my will to dance
when your memory comes back around
i remember that night we got soaked by the rain
and didnt even care
thinking back on it now
its almost too strong to bare
oh how i love the rain
when thunder sounds and lightning strikes
i see you drenched from head to toe
the bright lights reflected in your eyes
unreasonable hope lives
that your feelings for me will change
it fills me with hope
and i go back to dancing in the rain
the raindrops continue to fall
they hit my body.. fast, hard
eight digits dialed
one simple call
the lightning strikes
my weak hands began to tremble
i hear your voice on the other end
i gently lose grip
the beads fall to the ground
one by one
i hear them shatter at my feet
another lost love
never found.

I need help with how to wear my make up for prom. My dress is long, tight to the knee, bright orange, and has silver beading. My hair is strawberry-blond and will be up.. I have light-tan skin, freckles, and blue eyes. Any tips?
Aww, you sound beautiful, as does your dress.
Why not have someone do your makeup for you at a salon if you're worried about it?
If that's not an option, I think you should do exactly what you normally do, and just add some shimmer powder for a little extra glamour. Maybe some false lashes for a little pop as well.
Don't overdo it, and don't overthink it. I'm sure you'll look beautiful no matter what you do, and it sounds like you don't need much in the first place.
