Light stage Wash
What's the best digital camera for low light video and photo?
Like for concerts or filming things on a stage. In my experience, the subject is always completely washed out because of the stage lights. Preferably under $200.
What you're seeing is the nature of all cameras - regardless of make.
To get good low light photos you need a longer exposure time, a fact of life. That, in turn, creates blur because the subject in the photo are always moving - can't be avoided.
Here's a shot I did with a 4-second exposure. You'll notice that the tents are in focus but there's people below who were moving so - blur.
This is all part of it. Still cameras in concerts don't really work that well.
There is however the option of running your ISO up very high, say 800 or above. This will help but may create noise in your shots. "Noise" is those annoying little white spots.

what kind of makeup is best for a hosting duty?
there's a grand event involving an oil company and their scholarship students. I am one of the students but I have to host the ceremony. It's basically a formal event, indoors, with lights around and a lunch event. what kind of make up should i use? i want to look bright and fresh, but i dont want to look theathrical either. I'm 21 years old. i'm aware of the fact that with so many lights, one can appear washed out and pale, or either like some stage actor with thick make up on.
