How to Save Electric Bill?

Well in order to save electric bill, we must use candles instead of lamps or lights, use horse carriage instead of cars, go to theaters (play such as Shakespeare) instead of TV, and finally read newspaper instead of internet. Simple, we must go back to non technology days. We will have to some day you know might as well be now because some day we will run out of energy source.

You are talking about saving the electric bill but not eliminating it, there are so many ways to do that, just optimize the usage of electrical fitting and equipment, then this will save the bill, also use the solar system, or wind generators at home

Police Strobe Lights

Strobe Lighting has been used in the police cars since 1960s. It is commonly called as strobe, which originated from a Greek word “strobos” that means “act of whirling”. Strobe light or stroboscopic lamp is a device which produces regular flashes of light. They have many uses in industrial and scientific applications but are mainly used in the night clubs where they provide an illusion of slow motion. Some other common uses are in alarm systems, in theatre lightings, in navigation lights, in aircrafts anti collision lighting and most useful in emergency vehicles. Police Strobe Lights have become very popular. They are the main source through which the police vehicles can draw the attention of other vehicle’s drives in the heavy traffics on roads.

Police Strobe Lights commonly use xenon flash lamps as their light source that has a complex spectrum. They require colored gels or casings in order to get colored light. They can also be used as a stroboscope. They need just milliseconds to start and give flash power of several kilowatts. They consume less energy.  They can be used in continuous mode and large version to produce extreme high illumination.

Police Strobe Lights are used to produce regular flash lights with the use of halogen lamps. At present time they are replaced by LED lighting technology because of their better intensity with very low power consumption. Some strobe lights can flash around hundred times per second after being calibrated but it can be used in very few cases as they can cause photosensitive epilepsy. They can increase the seizures in case of photosensitive epilepsy. Most of the Police Strobe Lights are used with low flash rates which do not go more than five flashes each second and also the strobing effect can not continue for more than thirty seconds. These rules however are not applicable for emergency vehicles like police vehicles.

Police Strobe Lights are of several types like: Alarm or Emergency lights, Magnetic strobe lights and Strobe bars. They are available in many colors that include amber, blue and red. The strobe lights are also available as decoration based that is used off the road. This type of strobe light uses LED or halogen lights. The most important part of this light is that a control box is attached with it that helps to change the frequency and pattern of the flash. It can be changed to normal or strobe light according to use. The decoration based strobe lights are available with several color filtered plates and so color of the strobe can be changed easily by changing the plates.

Police Strobe Lights are replaced by LED with time as they themselves replaced the Halogen Lights. They are used as an emergency signaling device. They include many types like: Strobe Lights, Warning Lights, Emergency LED Lights, Amber Warning Lights, Beacon Roof Strobe, Emergency LED Strobe Lights, Light bars, Strobe Beacons and many more. The strobe lights of blue color sometimes hurt the night vision of the police officers. The colors are set according to the laws of the states. The light bars control the direction of activation of the blue lights and thus help them to avoid accidents. In cases where LED strobes are used this is a major problem as they are of very high brightness and luminosity and thus affect the vision of the officers driving the vehicles. But in spite of all these problems these strobe lights are very helpful for police vehicles. They serve as an alarming signal and help to warn people and reach to the required spot and fast easily. They also help them to move smoothly in the heavy traffics.
