You're A Legend
What Ultimately Dictates Your Weight?
After looking in the mirror and seeing what we might be actually expecting, we usually find ourselves scampering for diet programs – going usually for the one that promises the greatest loss of pounds within the shortest period of time. However, we also find out that these diet programs are only for a while, temporary, and a little later, we go back to the same routine of eating more than we should actually be consuming.
Have you ever asked why this is usually the trend? For some reason, these diets command a shift in our typical lifestyle. It is something against the normal routine, which in the process will cause a great deal of conflict with the way the body system, especially the subconscious, was programmed to.
Most diets fail because the individual will eventually succumb to the commands of the subconscious, which dictates how much food we are used to eat. This is because the subconscious is already preprogrammed towards a certain amount of food. The subconscious is responsible for one’s beliefs, thoughts, as well as feelings – including the emotions and beliefs you know that you are practicing as well as those that you don’t have an idea that you are practicing. These thoughts collectively cause the body to sustain its weight – whether you are overweight, underweight, or just within the normal range.
The subconscious is guided by the five senses, and these five senses will have an enormous impact over it such that it can influence your eating habits. One example is, if you are preprogrammed to think that pasta is just too hard to resist, you will really find it a struggle to fight the urge to eat it. Thus, it is for this reason that we go out of control. If our mindset is girded towards looking for chocolates whenever we feel depressed, then we might as well also be comfortable towards the thought that we could get obese whenever we find ourselves in a depressing situation.
But then, this should not be the case forever. You still have the power over your subconscious habits – you can still overcome it, though it will really prove to be a major battle for you. Do not blame your brain for this – this mechanism is just the key why we continue to survive and propagate the earth. Blame instead your will to live a healthy lifestyle. Sooner or later, if weight loss becomes part of your subconscious, your will find yourself doing it like writing your name, dressing up for school, brushing your teeth, and all the things that are just part of your daily routine. You are not weak-willed – you just have to deal with the fact that you need a little preprogramming. There is a reason to delete from your stored memory all your bad eating habits, so you can switch to a healthy lifestyle, and eventually, weight loss. So try to evaluate how to reprogram yourself. You can go for hypnosis to realign your mindset, and soon enough you will find yourself wanting to increase your fluid intake, as well as finding yourself becoming so enthusiastic about exercise! If you are not opt for hypnosis, you can try other methods, such as counseling. Now that you know the culprit for all the bad eating habits, then you can now face your problem head-on.
