This is a really good deck. There are only a few changes then you should make to make your deck a lot better.

If you have a Don Zaloog and a Kycoo on your field at the same time your opponent can't use anything in the grave because Don Zaloog destroys your opponents hand and then Kycoo gets rid of all the cards in the Graveyard.

Caius is the second best monarch and if you are making a deck with monarchs in it then you definently need some Caius because they are really good.
