mini stage Light looking to buy camcorder maybe mini dv i need one that takes good pictures in low light . price upto £300.?
i take pictures of my grandchildren dancing on stage in low light at times an spotlight, so which one should i go for?
none take great pictures in low light, that why the pros use camera lights. I tape dance all the time for my business and generaly witht he spot lights there is enough to tape with any cameara. keep in ind, if there not in the light you probaly are not suposed to see them anyway. most times they do light the stge well enough. for what your doing for home usage i would recomend a consumer grade panasonic camera. probaly obly 150 or 200 quid. Your not gonna get anything great for low light if u spend a little more. You would need to spend a lot more. I would also recomend you go with mini-dv tape liek you said becuase it is high quality for the size. they do make some camera with night shot, but that generaly distorts the color and i'm guessing you dotn want your granddauter to look oll green. Also some camera have gain which didgitaly makes the picture brighter, This willc ause the picture to be overly grainya nd is generaly not worth it.

can you do up a classic mini or a old mini?
can you put body kits on them or do they look gay on a classic mini
i wont to get a classic mini and do it up and make it look go
and see if i could get it on max power (i would love to do that get my car on max power but that a dream i got dont know if it could appen but i could try)

do the engine up put some new things on it like air filler things like that

a good sound system it in like sub amps speakers (do u think that all would fit in the boot of a classic mini)

it would be done it diffrent stages because of money

DONT DO IT!! The max power phase will only be temporary there really isnt a need to fit a bodykit and go wild. A classic mini is not really a car to have aftermarket bodykits on and one is likely to devalue the car as there are not enough minis left.
Personally i suggest you go and buy yourself a copy of mini magazine and look at the variety of the cars in there from very original looking to ones with motobike engines and not a lot else!
A good modified car isnt just about slapping as many parts that werent meant for the car on it and calling it custom, some of the best modified cars i have seen have had no bodykits on them at all. Pay more attention to the standard of the parts you are putting on ie quality over quantity.
Sticking with minis a wide arch rally spec kit is available to make the car look like the old monte carlo rally editions as are numerous other arch kits, these are cool as the arches are wide enough to get some 8x13 alloys on. alloys on minis are best off small and wide for looks and handling.
i dont think there is much space to put more than 1 sub and a amp in the back of a mini but to be fair a pair of 6inch components in the front and rear and a 10inch sub will be spot on. . . especially if in a well made box.
Remember adding loads of stereo equipment will add weight to the car which is NOT a good thing when you only have a 998cc or 1.3 engine.
myself id rather go down the route of having a pretty much factory outside with just chrome bumpers and detailing with black plastic wide arches, have the car lowered plenty on small deep rims , interior would be 2 bucket seats, retrim the back seat area and mechanically id rather spend more money on a decent engine than unnecessary amounts of glass fibre bodykits. Ideally something like a 1.4 BVH engine or if i was feeling very creative i have seen all sorts of engines from Astra GSI 2.0 16v engines to honda civic type R to motobike engines all sorts can be done depending how good you are with the spanners.
At the end of the day its your car and you can do what you want with it if your idea of modified involves big bodykits then Zeemax do a variety..
