Movie theater Lighting
can you seu a movie theater for slipping?
after the movie, usually the lights turn on, but they didn't. and because of that there was an accident and someone in my family slipped and fell on the stairs, and hurt her self. so can she sue them? we (told the the theater but they didn't do anything)
she can't see well in the dark and the lights on the stairs didn't help even i felt like i was going to fall, and it's not about the movies it's about the faulty staff that cant turn on the lights!
Normally theaters have lights on the stairs that stay lit the whole time to prevent that from happening. I would threaten to sue and maybe they will give you free stuff to make up for it like that other chick said.
