almost 7months, heart burn and baby moving?

in 3 more days ill be 7 months pregnant =] but this past week i have been getting a lot of heart burn and my mom said thats means the babies have hair on there head, but last night one of the babies were moving all night long and still is idk why but the baby will stop for like 2-3 mins then move again, is there anyway to stop the heart burn or movement it would really help please and ty =D
also when i feel my stomach the baby kicks/hits me like to not touch.

Ask your doctor about the heartburn, mine allowed me to take Tums, BUT everyone is different, and every pregnancy Also certain foods are more likely to cause heartburn, and spicy foods, pizza, tacos,, spaghetti and oily foods . Start paying close attention to what you are eating before you get heartburn, I know a food diary is tedious, but a simple sheet of paper, and write the items on it isn't too time consuming. I used to have my husband massage my stomach it made it feel tremendously better. The movement, get used to it my dear. They sleep during the day when you walk around hips moving rocking them back and forth, and are wide awoke when you lie down to rest. Seems very unfair, but it's true in most cases. Bets of luck to you, and congratulations, they are worth it (smile)

Check Your Vehicle Before Heading Out on a Long Trip

Hitting the road for a long trip can be exciting and fun, as long as you are prepared. Plan early and use lists to get yourself organized, making sure you are packing everything you need for every member of your family. If you are brining any pets along, make sure you pack items that you will need to care for them as well. Snacks, drinks, pillows, blankets, CD's and magazines can all help make your time in the car go by faster. Before you head out, make sure your vehicle is all set to handle the distance. Checking your vehicle before departing for a long trip can avoid problems with your engine, radiator, transmission, brakes and tires. The following guidelines will help you ensure that your vehicle is in tip-top shape and ready to get you to where you're going.

Check Your Oil
So many problems result from the need for an overdue oil change! If your next oil change is coming up, make sure to have it done before your trip. If you don't remember when your last oil change was, it might be a good idea to do it now. Otherwise, check your oil using the dipstick. Pull it out, wipe off the oil with a rag, then put it back in all the way. Check to see that the oil is up close to the "FULL" line on the dipstick. If the oil looks thick and black, you may want to have it changed.

Other Fluids
Your car relies on various fluids to keep it running smoothly. One of these is automatic transmission fluid. Check this fluid with its dipstick, and note that if it looks dark and murky, it's time to change it. Next, check your engine antifreeze level. It should be somewhere within the "MIN" and "MAX" marks on the coolant tank. Check the brake fluid, power steering fluid and make sure to top up the windshield washer tank with all-season windshield washer fluid.

Mechanical Components
Look under the hood to see if there's anything that looks out of place. Make sure the battery doesn't have any visible rust or white residue. Check to see if any of the belts or hoses are cracked. Next, take your car out for a test drive to gage how well your steering and suspension are working. Keep the music off and pay particular attention to any sounds or noises coming from the engine or other mechanical components. Next, check your automobile's lights and electrical systems and make sure everything is working. If any of you lights have burnt out, make sure to replace them before your trip. Don't forget to check your tire pressure and tread.

Safety & Emergency Equipment
Make sure your car is equipped with a spare tire and jack as well as a wheel wrench. Also, make sure you have an emergency kit with flares, jumper cables, a flashlight and a simple tool kit.

I know your despair– I lived it for years too. Wondered how, and if I would ever find a way out. Hope is actually what did it. Oh, and whack loads of “self-talk”– 'ya know, the equivalent of being your own cheerleader, your own vacuum salesman, the person who says things in a hundred different ways to sell you on the idea that you may one day get what you want. Hope kept me going, while I talked myself into believing that one day I would know why my life journey had been what it was. And you know, that is what still keeps me floating, moving, head above water. Its what keeps me believing that I CAN have what I want, I just don;t necessarily get to pick how or when.

Ok, pep talk over. Because I also know how much it sucks to be in that place, especially over the holidays. Because the traditions and the holidays are so laden with so much emotion. I wish I could do or say something to make you laugh, to make you find that glimmer of hope and hang onto. And all I have is this lousy “e-hug”… But its something…

I think you are awesome, and funny and even though I don't know you outside the lines of the pages of this blog, I know that you are a good, kind, excellent person. I wish you a holiday that at least gives you some kind of peace, some kind of a plan, some kind of a SOMETHING that makes you feel happy, with direction, in some state of control over all this. because you so deserve it.

  2. So I put my hands up*
    They're playing my song,
    And the butterflys fly away
    Noddin' my head like yeah
    Moving my hips like yeah

this Democrat Administration is trying to change the focus of the public. Get people away from the dead and dying wild life in the Gulf and back to the goals of this Administration. imo, they all believe they are going to lose any majority they held in Congress, therefore they must pass all they can before the elections of 2010. Underhanded, not listening to the American Public, imo. If those in Congress have any common sense, they will avoid spending any more money, Nationalizing any more companies, creating any more job killing regulations. Just as in our personal lives we can't charge up the credit cards to get out of debt, neither can the US of A. imo
