Moving Head mini My head hurts and I become dizzy when I do this. Help!?
For some reason this has started happening to me. When I turn my head then move it back quickly I get something like a mini headache. It last for about five seconds. I also have been getting dizzy and see spots that look like the ones you see when you stare at a bright light when I look down to read or play video games basically things like that well as when I stand up. Can someone tell me what's causing this and how I can fix it? Thanks in advance!
I have fallen and hit my forehead numerous times. Fallen on my tailbone at least four times (I'm including that because I think it's a part of my nervous system) and had things fall on top of my head twice. I'm a pretty clumsy person. This has actually been going on for about a week. I do drink a lot of water and I very rarely eat junk food.
By junk food i mean non-whole/organic food
You're dehydrated. Drink a glass of water, wait 30 minutes and try again.
Too much fake sugar (ALL of them are toxic...Don't listen to anyone who tells you different!) will have this effect too.
