Party Lighting Effect will black lights show up outside for a party?
i want to have a blacklight party for my daughters 16th birthday. she wants to have the party in our backyard but i don't know that the lights would have the same effects as they would if we had the party inside.
It will work, not quite as bright and effective as if you are indoors, since you will have outside lights from street and homes entering into your yard, but it will still look cool.

3/ …before applying it to the clip you need to apply the 'shower of cherry blossoms'/etc. effect.
The clip can then be saved with the subtitles using the effect, and is finally ready to upload.
Although once again – if it is somebody else's copyright material, you are infringing upon it and legally accountable for the breach at continuing risk to your account.
