Sadly, it seems like your only thing to do is to call Microsoft, and ask them to find out what the problem is and fix it. If they agree to fix it, you will need some cash cuz they probably will charge you. Sorry man, hope you get your Xbox fixed.
i just got the koss pro4aa and i have to say they are well worth the money sounds great and built like a rock but everytime i put them on they are so tight i feel like i am going to litteraly pass out. i dont mind the weight at all in fact i kinda like it now but the phones clamp to your head so tightly i can use them for 5minutes before i feel light headed and have a pounding headache and i can hear my pulse in my head when no music is on. they realy only clamp to my temples and i dont realy think my head is big at all so i guess i was wondering if there is anything i can do im not sure if trying to strech the metal part the phones are hooked to because they could snap and i have tryed endlessly ajusting the headband up and down so basically am i just screwed with theys or is there something i can do to aid this problem
Thanks
Yes. The metal brace is basically the spring and can be adjusted for a more comfortable fit.

You forgot to describe the problem. What happens when you try to connect? How far do you get? Do you get an error message? What message?
