Can you use sound proofing material to block my Neighbors loud music?
I live upstairs in an apartment, and my neighbors are college students;they are so loud and always have there stereo on blasting. I want to know if anyone knows a good way to sound proof thier noise. is this possible????

Since you live in an apartment just call the office. If you don't want them to say anything about you just say so. You don't need to do anything to make it quieter in your apartment they need to quiet down. If it is bothering you then it is probably bothering someone else.

Is Bullet Proof Resistant Glass Really Bullet Proof?
You have probably seen plenty of action films that show items blowing up and cars getting shot at with multiple bullets but not getting penetrated.
