Sealed Beam Side
One of the ilumination rings around the projector headlight does not work,but the light does how do i fix it?
i bought a 98 honda civic with aftermarket projector lights, the lowbeam headlight works on the passenger side also the high beam works as well but the illumination ring around the lights itself does not turn on at all but the other one on the drivers side is ok. how do i fix this problem? is there a bulb to this ring because i cannot enter the headlight itself because it is factory sealed how would i replace it?
there is a bulb for the ring I believe it is an h3 halogen type you can find it next to the off road driving lights at your local kragen schucks checker or autozone

96 Saturn SC1 w/Sealed Beam headlights & low beam will not work on passenger side.?
Replacing sealed beam headlight doesn't help.
Check you fuses some cars have headlamp fuse on the lights.Look in your car if it is not there. Then look under your hood for a fuse box and check in there it will have left and right headlamp. if that is not it you may just have a burnt bulb. If that dont work you may have a broke wire going to your headlight.Good luck! If all fail bring it to a shop for repair.
