Smoke Mist
if you combine dry ice with cold water, will it produce smoke or mist?
It will sublimate-turn directly from a solid into a gas. And yes the gas is easily visible it is a popular movie trick and great entertainment when you recieve somoething packed in dry ice, but don't touch it with you're bare hands it will "burn" (frostbite) you.

Can I use an asthma inhaler (Primatine Mist) for shortness of breath caused by long term smoking?
Primatine Mist should not be taken regularly. Primatine Mist is epinephrine, which has serious side effects that effect your heart! It can cause your heart rate to rise to dangerous levels.
