how to take action shots with camera?
I have a Canon Powershot sx100 IS. What is the best settings for taking fast action shots. I would like to take pictures of someone dancing on stage the room is dark but the stage is lit and I can't use flash. Also, when the lighting changes color to red or blue the pictures get even more blurry.
If you are asking this questions, well it means you don't know how to use that camera in Manual Mode, so your best solution is to use it in Shutter Priority Mode, but try to learn how to use the manual mode.

Recommendations for camera to take concert pics?
Hi, I would really appreciate your help in recommending a good camera to take pictures at indoor concerts with low lighting and not very close to the stage. I currently use an Olympus Stylus 10x zoom digital camera, but unless I am right in front of the stage, the pictures are pretty horrible especially when using zoom.
I would not mind a full-sized camera, but it has to be able to take digital photos. Also I don't know an f-stop from a bus stop, so the camera has to be pretty simple to use. Thanks for your help!
