The company filed a lawsuit against me to get addtl $$ because they made mistakes on their quote and feel I should pay them the difference. I would have to fly to another state in their corp. jurisdiction to do so. They also took a $2,300 payment and a similar payment and credited it to the same invoices, meaning that I paid for the same thing twice. When I asked for my overpayment back, they sent the debt collectors after me.I am a small business trying to survive and do not have the finances to hire an attorney to fight this large corporation which has offices all over the country..
