Mix Rack Case

PC assembly and materials help please?
i need some general info on assembling a PC. i purchased a rack-mount case (looks almost like an old desktop) and will need the materials to put this thing together.
if someone could give me some kind of general idea on how to find appropriate hardware id really appreciate it.
the purpose for this PC is multi tracking (audio/video)
i'll need at least four recording lines (that is lines that will be recorded separately, and simultaneously so they can be re mixed)
any help is appreciated. i generally get pretty good info form this forum. im looking forward to any input. TY in advance.
hi nice to talk again.
straight forward. case will have psu already installed check that the rating for what you are going to use it for, ck how many leads there is out of that supply.
knowing this is vital what supply for what board. now choose the mother board, Cpu, and ram to suit, choose all that will save you one big head ache. but also check that you have the slots for the cards you want to use, as most come with one or two slots could ask for duel out put boards. get yourself a good colling system in the case extra fan if you need Video and sound low wattage.
choose an operating system that you want to use. and the software that use will need for the mix.
innuendo 4 software is multi track software that you could use recommended for the job.
but you could have done all of this with the pc you have could have got an external unit pre made and ready to plug into you pc. hard work done. either interface or usb go to maplin and see what they have to offer or pc world and last of all look on here for good pre made units, if you choose your option pay for good cabling with low loss as will pay dividends in the end. hope this helps good luck ray

OSP 4 Space Mixer Amp Rack Case for Small Portable PA Sound Systems
Silcone bakewear ????????????
ive bought some silcone muffin trays ..i thought they would be great as they bang on about them on t.v ....so i made up my cake mix and placed them in they looked great in the oven i went to put on the calling rack and POP them out how they say they easily do ..well mine didnt they stuck ... ok so do i need to put butter round them like i would a normal tin or muffin tin ? also do i need to use cake cases with them ? as i thought you could just put your mixture in ?
thanks
I got some but I "automatically" greased them lightly and as a result I've not had the slightest problem with them - and so much easier to wash than the old tin ones and no need to buy the dreaded paper cases either !
