Cheap Strobe Lights
how should i setup my band practice?
my main question is should we use lights in our band practice? we play metal. i have 4 par cans if i really wanted to use them. i was gonna buy maybe a cheap strobe light and 2 more par cans for practice. should i get them? or no? we practice in a basement with ceiling lights btw.
Unless I'm missing something, lights seem kind of irrelevant to band practice. No offense. Just set up the equipment and start playing, that's all ya need. Turn on the ceiling lights and you're good to go.

Cheap eBay LED strobe lights
What are some good, cheap DJ strobe lights?
I have been looking into strobe lights that I could buy, and I think that LED is the way to go. I have found a few good options, but are there any that you may have from personal experience? I'm looking to spend under $50.
Also, would it be better/worse to buy 2 strobe lights for that price, or only 1 that is better?
