Fear of Heights?
I have a weird fear of heights. Now I don't mind going up in a plane, and I used to live on the 14th floor of a tower block, I have even been, 16000+ up a mountain in a light railway in Colorado, so why is it I find stairs a problem - looking down them I feel dizzy if a long flight of them,, sitting upstairs in stadiums or theatres and riding Dockland Light Railway in London so damn difficult. I told you I had a weird and irrational fear, so how can I get rid of it?
Could be an imbalance in your inner ear or perhaps vertigo, which is not a fear of heights, but rather the brain's reaction to exposure to heights. See your doc.

Interactive Theater Is The Most Fun
When it comes to location, atmosphere, cuisine, performance, inclusions and price, Sharpo’s Mystery Comedy Magic Dinner Theater at the Historic El Cid may be the very best dinner theater deal in Los Angeles.
The actors are professionals who often appear in movies and on TV. Sharpo changes the murder mystery plot every month so many people come back again to watch and play in a different murder mystery. Eric Sharp, the executive producer of Sharpo Inc is a member of the Mystery Writers of America. Along with Nora Sharp, they create exciting, challenging mysteries that are also very funny.
Eric Sharp also plays the detective . He has an extraordinary gift. He seems to remember everyone's name in the audience. Another terrific aspect of the evening is the strolling magician on the patio during the cocktail party. One allure of the mystery is that it is hard to tell who is an actor and who is a paying guest.
Now let me tell you about the El Cid. This place is perfect for this murder mystery dinner theater! It is very old. It was built in 1900 and when you come in the main entrance you go down down down the stairs. (They will drive you around to the back entrance for those who need assistance.) The decor is old Spain and you will feel like you are stepping into another dimension. Really. Even though the place is old, it is very lovely with high ceilings and balcony seating. It is a real dinner theater with a great stage and curtains enhanced witrh state of the art sound and lighting.
The food is delicious. I had the Pollo Molle and my wife had a Filet Mignon. Very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they make sure to get around to our table several times. !
Finally, the price is only $49 per person. The other companies are charging $65 and $78 for their shows and that makes Sharpo’s the best deal for dinner theater in Los Angeles.
Right now they are playing Friday nights but they made an announcement that they will add occasional Saturday and Sunday performances soon. Go see this show. You don't have to be a murder mystery buff to love it.

Apple has applied for a patent on a new camera flash redirector system, that could see future iPhone cameras being able to selectively aim their flash at different parts of the scene. Intended to target illumination at the subject of the picture – rather than merely blanket the frame with light – the new flash system could either use a moveable light source, a lens that redirects a fixed light source, or even multiple lights, each focusing on a different part of the frame and selectively controlled by either the user or the camera.
