Triangular Truss Triangle

I need help with my math homework can you help?
A truss bridge is supported by triangular frames called trusses. If every truss in a truss bridge is an isosceles right triangle, what is the measure of each angle in one of the trusses? (Hint: Two of the angles in each truss are congruent)
I've been struggling in math alot lately and this would really help.
90-45-45
the sum of angles=180
180-90=90
90/2=45

equilateral triangle, the right triangle, and the 30-60-90 triangle. WHICH ONE IS THE STRONGEST?
I really need help!!
Which one of those triangular based trussed should be able to hold the heaviest load & why?
The equilateral, because the weight would be the most evenly spread out over both sides. If one was shorter than the other, it would bear a higher fraction of the load, and wouldn't be able to hold as much.
