Why does urban society portray dark-skinned women (esp. Black women) in a negative light?
I notice that urban society praise light-skinned women more than dark-skinned women. What has this world come to?
Because white men are racist. I know it really doesn't have anything to do with your premise, but neither does 99% of when the racist word is thrown around, but that doesn't stop black folks from blaming white men. So to continue with the trendy ways of thinking today I'll blame white guys too.
